Electromechanical 24V actuators for double-leaf gates with leaf lengths up to 2 m and weights up to 200 kg. Reliable and quiet, easy to install. Thanks to the emergency battery, they will open and close the gate even in case of power failure (option). The product is available in a set including two actuators, MC424 control panel, 2 Flor two-channel remote controls and BF photocells. In addition, the set can be expanded with an antenna, increasing the range of the remotes, and elements that increase the security of the automation: a warning lamp and one or two lines of photocells. Amperometric obstacle detection system - is used to detect possible obstacles that may occur during normal gate movement. With this function, when it encounters an obstacle, the operator stops the gate and changes the direction of its movement. The function of smooth release during closing and soft start - consists in reducing the speed so as to avoid strong jerking when the gate opens or closes. As a result, the gate runs smoothly and makes no noise during operation. Phototest function - before each gate movement, the control panel automatically checks whether the photocells are in working order, and when everything works as expected, the gate is set in motion. Wicket function, i.e. partial opening of the gate or one leaf - thanks to it, when you walk or ride a bicycle, you do not have to wait until the gate fully opens and closes. Self-braking drive, which means that the gate locks mechanically when the motor stops working. As a result, there is no need for additional mechanical locking of the gate with a lock, nor is it possible to open it manually. The control panel working with the actuators is adapted to the power supply drawn from an emergency battery (PS124), which provides emergency power - so the actuators will open and close the gate even in the event of a power outage.
